I have tweaked this recipe for a while; this is the best version I've come up with!
½ teaspoon
non-aluminum baking soda
2 teaspoons
non-aluminum baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
1/2 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
Dash of sea salt
(optional)
Take the wet ingredients below and
blend well with a mixer:
¼ cup of
organic or raw sugar
2 very ripe organic bananas
2 eggs (organic or local)
1/3 cup
melted butter (organic, pasture raised)
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
½ to 1 cup
milk (organic whole milk)
½ cup organic sour
cream (optional)
Grease 8 X 12 glass baking dish with coconut
oil
When the wet
ingredients are nice and smoothly blended, gently pour them into the bowl with
the dry ingredients; mix only enough to adequately cover all the dry
ingredients; you don’t need to over mix; then pour the batter into the greased
pan as evenly as possible. And pop it in the oven.
Cook at 425 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or
until golden brown and a toothpick goes in and out smoothly. ENJOY!
